The world is getting ready for soccer fever in a few weeks. Beginning on June 12 Brazil and Croatia will play the first match of the 2014 World Cup in Sao Paolo, and from this day during one month the planet will spin around a soccer ball no matter race, color, religion or social status
Football in Africa is followed passionately. Everywhere you go in Africa you'll see young boys kicking around a football.
The following is the series of photographs taken in small towns in Africa. In these places if you want to play soccer you are only required of a feeling “passion”. No shoes are needed because we have toes, nor ball because there are pieces of clothes or scrap paper. Even you don’t need field markings because we have the imagination.
