The market named as "Digbabur Bazar" is one of the largest wholesale markets in Narayanganj, a city 30 km away from the capital Dhaka. It is a very old market in the city. Groceries, fishes, vegetables, spices, meat are sold in this market. The market sits in the early morning and closes at night. Local buyers and sellers haggle with each other to get the best price for their products. Sometimes, the market is not quite busy. At that time, sellers get busy in their own work. Some of them read newspapers, some of them sleep and some talk over their phones. The most attractive thing about this market is the color of vegetables as well as the busy mood of that place. About a thousand people earn their living through working in this market.
