Matthew Conboy is a Pittsburgh-based artist and educator whose work focuses on movement, place, and identity. His work has been widely exhibited in museums, including Pittsburgh’s Mattress Factory and Carnegie Museum of Art. He has a PhD in Interdisciplinary Arts from Ohio University, an MFA in Design and Photography from Viginia Commonwealth University, and a BS in Architecture from Catholic University of America. Matthew is currently working on documenting the cultural landscape of the UAE as well as an abandoned building site in Changsha, China.
