Biography

II’m Arif Rudiana.I’m a street and documentary photographer from Bandung, Indonesia. My interest in photography began in the mid-90s and intensified after acquiring his first digital camera in 2005. Initially drawn to landscape photography for its visual beauty, My transitioned to street photography in 2011 after discovering Alex Webb'sThe Suffering of Lightand Fred Herzog'sModern Color. These works ignited a deep passion for street photography, which has since become my way of life. Influenced by the filmHondrosabout war photojournalist Chris Hondros, Mystyle has evolved into street documentary. In my photography journey, I am veryobsessed with dynamic environments, particularly traditional markets and fishing ports, where the bustling atmosphere and vibrant colors offer rich storytelling opportunities. For Me, street and documentary photography is a window into real life, and he sees this journey as one that is continually evolving.
