Exhibit Title: As the Ukrainian War Continues, Trains Are Becoming a Symbol of Hope
Location: Poland
Since the war in Ukraine broke out, more than two million people have fled the country. Out of neighbouring states, Poland took in the largest number of Ukrainian refugees and, as the war continues, they keep arriving.
With commercial flights out of Ukraine being cancelled, people rely primarily on trains to take them to safety.
Trains bear the promise of protection from Putin's bombs and train stations are becoming home for those who do not yet have a plan as to what to do next.
