This watch repair shop seems so very close to being obsolete. However, when looking around at local Cubanos, most of whom do not appear to have cell phones, many wear watches to tell the time.
These women work in a simple and dimly lit shop adjacent to a side street in the city center.
Although it appears that time has stood still in Cuba, the fixing of tiny and delicate watch parts keeps time moving forward.
