The intention of the project is to look at my daughter's puberty and adolescence in juxtaposition with my body's ageing process and impending menopause. I focus mainly on my feelings and emotions, which are dominated by the fear of loss, the fear of passing and the sense of superfluity in my child's life. I look at the transitions between one stage and the other, where the beauty and fragility of puberty, psychological and emotional changes will distance my daughter from her immediate environment - her mother and family.
