Jesus takes us to this exotic country with a rich archaeological through the eyes of its people. Apparently looks serene and vibrant but hidden scars. A country that has suffered the loss of nearly a generation. Eyes that hide the wounds of a brutal war. And the consequences of poverty that has continued.
The faces of Jesus have the honesty of those who just have nothing, those who struggle everyday to overcome an adverse world but hopeful. Of looking at life from the front, able to overcome a past scarred. Children are primarily those involved in this work, perhaps because in them lies the hope for the future, that illusion to cope with the achievement of a better world.
