Boatman waiting for business that does not come, no tourists.
The Riverside in Phnom Penh, Cambodia was a bustling part of the city before COVID 19 and almost the complete loss of international tourist. Activity still exist but now mainly consist of local people.
The riverside is a place I visit at least weekly as the hustle and bustle attract me.
