For ten months I observed the life of Iza, a woman who, despite her oncological disease, devotes herself to caring for her son, an experienced case of autism spectrum disorder.

This is a story of love, determination and devotion, and although told with personal, intimate photos, it was created with the hope that it will bring us closer to the problems of those affected by autism. It will make us realize that although they behave differently, they are the same as us. They have dreams, passion and the only thing they expect from others is acceptance and understanding of their differences.

Maks is twenty-three years old. Boys at this age become adults, finish their education, work, discover the world. In this case, however, the son constantly needs his mother's care. Every day they leave the house to tame the world and make it more friendly to the sick boy
