Frail Silence

Francis Annagu | West Africa, Nigeria, Ghana

In a male-dominated society, this woman rides a motorcycle comfortably.

Frail Silence is a documentary project (still ongoing) that exposes the acute, average, exciting narratives, and discoveries of peoples, places and situations in West Africa. Most cases basically, the photographs represent the average life in (West) Africa, and the struggles within human transculture. More so, social inequality, environmental issues, educational and cultural bearings sheaths the photographic meanings of the images.

I hope to get funding to finish up this project in 2020. This project is expected to cover 100 photographs.
