Mezcal in Guerrero: Life around the traditional Spirits

The project focuses on documenting the daily life, places and work of the mezcal masters and their families. To portray the chain of work that starts at home, goes through the field and its care and the work in the factories: inheritance of the knowledge of the production of traditional mezcal. A look at the daily work to preserve their tradition and way of life, despite violence, industrialization and the few opportunities to market their mezcal fairly. .
