SDN Website Update

Dear SDN Users:

We are thrilled to announce that the SDN website is now open for members to create and update exhibits. It has taken nearly six weeks to upgrade all code to make the website secure and to bring it back to the state it was prior to being attacked and nearly brought down in August. In the coming months we will be introducing new design changes and features to make your experience with the site easier and more visually meaningful to the public.

I hope you will take this opportunity to begin uploading new work to the site.
We miss you and want to see your new work! All new exhibits, after approval, are live for a year at no cost.

Please note these important changes.

  • When you first login you will be forced to change your password to a new strong password.
  • We are extending all exhibit expiration dates by three months to make up for this lost time and inconvenience.
  • While we have tested the site extensively, we cannot account for all possible situations. If you do find a problem or bug, please fill out this form.

If you haven't logged into the SDN website for a while, click here to begin. You will need to enter the email address that you used when your registered with the site, and then create a new strong password. Once logged in, you can click on the Exhibit List tab to see and edit your existing exhibits, or the Create Exhibit tab to create a new exhibit. In your exhibit list, you may also see blue renew buttons if any of your exhibits are expired and you want to bring them back to life.

I want to thank the many people who have contributed to the effort to restore and secure the SDN website. It has been a very costly and time-consuming but worthwhile process. You can still make a donation to the SDN website at this link to keep this valuable and important resource thriving with a one-time generous contribution.

If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to me at glenn@socialdocumentary.net.

Best regards,

Glenn Ruga
SDN Executive Director
