For The Gay Families Project, Stefan Jora is producing a photobook featuring American families with parents who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, or queer (LGBTQ).

Stefan hase been working on this project since 2009, and has thus far photographed families in the states of California, Oregon, and Washington. The photobook is currently about 75% completed.

Since at its core this is a book about America, Stefan wants to include families living outside of the West Coast. He is planning to photograph families living on the East Coast, in the South, and in the Midwest next.
