Most of the local small industries heavily depended on underage labors. They play a significant role in these industries and remains unnoticed. These invisible hands works for their families and state is not able to provide a feasible environment for their education. Parents finds working in a factory and earning for the family is better than educate the child.
Around Dhaka city the capital of Bangladesh many small industries developed based on these invisible hands. A situation is unavoidable where childhood dreams transfers into salty sweat.
