The exhibit compiles work done during several medical missions in India and Indonesia. Various NGOs have been involved in these missions. Operation Smile, for starters, is an organization that provides free cleft lip and palate surgeries to children. The team consists of plastic surgeons, oral surgeons, dentist, anesthesiologists, pediatricians and nurses. The medical missions with operation smiles took place in India. They change lives one smile at a time, and in the process bring out personal moments filled with emotions between the volunteers and patients. Some parts of the exhibit have been shot in a small town called Jogjakarta in Indonesia while working on a dental voluntary work trip. The missions took place at Klaten village on the foothills of Mt. Merapi, various schools in the city of Jogja and Village Mancasan. Lastly, some parts of the exhibit have been shot while working on disabled kids at Anandwan, India on a dental mission.
