Day care center stands for some of the Ati children who wishes to get free education. This also served us as our accommodation during our stay with them.
They are known nomads scattered across 7,107 Islands of the Philippines living life afar modernization. As for one indigenous group that I personally met situated in the Southern part of Cebu, Philippines they have manifested change into their everyday lives and yet they still make a point to keep their culture thriving.
From their means of livelihood, customs, beliefs, and religion these are just the few things wherein change is definitely inevitable among the struggling tribe of the ati.
For the gallery an output of my photo collection in 2011 sharing the entirety of my Ati tribe experience starting as a subject to our thesis study down to creating a beautiful friendship amongst them.
