These photographs were taken throughout Northern India, documeting the lives of both indigenous and rural communities . From desert towns, to jungle villiages, many of these communites are fast-dying, some due to huge mining projects occuring on their lands, and others due to rapid urbanization.  This exhibition attempts to portray the very essence of what it means to be human, the common thread that weaves us all together- that of emotion.
