These images are stills photographs from a short film for British charity, the Prison Advice & Care Trust (Pact) promoting the work of a new program, "Time to Connect", that aims to bond prisoners and their children more closely through a sentence.

Filmed within a Category B Young Offenders Institute, the film follows three young dads through the program, which uses play techniques to get the fathers to think about the way they parent, and to make better use of visits with their children. The program aims to reduce the chances of these parents re-offending by creating a stronger family unit to come home to, and improve the experiences of children separated from their parents by prison.

The film was launched at a reception at the House of Lords in July 2012, and will be used by Pact to encourage other prisons across the estate to take up the scheme, as well as being used as a fundraising tool.
